SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES FOR GIRLS

The GIRL FIT Strength & Stretch classes are tailored to the unique needs of adolescent girls. Each class consists of a dynamic warm up, upper body strengthening, core and glute strengthening, hip stability, lower body and posterior chain strengthening, ankle stability, balance, and stretching. Girls are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify their workouts to match their own skill level and to maintain good form. Girl Fit is a fun, high energy workout and excellent cross training for middle and high school aged girls. We can even tailor the class to the sport specific needs of dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters, swimmers, volleyball players, cheerleaders, runners, or athletes of any sport. So, bring your friends and let Girl Fit help you stay strong enough to follow your dreams!

To schedule a small group Girl Fit Class please call or email the office.  Four participants are required for a small group class. The cost is $25 per participant. You can schedule just one class or weekly classes for the whole month (scheduling permitting). To hold your spot we’ll need the four participants’ full names, phone numbers, and email addresses.  Our schedule opens for the next month on the 1st of the prior month.  If you have any questions please email us office@girlfit.com!

HIP-HOP CARDIO & CORE

Hip Hop Cardio & Core is designed to get your blood flowing and your body moving in a fun and funky environment. Each class will start with a hip hop warm up to get our bodies moving and grooving.  In addition to keeping your heart rate up, there will be short bursts of conditioning in which we strengthen those hip hop abs, hips, and arms. We believe that everybody, every BODY, and anybody can enjoy working out through dance, and we are committed to building confidence in our students of all ages and abilities. No experience required! First class is free!
