GIRL FIT Strength & Conditioning Classes

GIRL FIT Classic: Strength & Conditioning classes are designed specifically for the unique needs of adolescent girls. Each class includes a dynamic warm-up followed by focused strengthening and mobility work to build a strong, resilient body.

Classes incorporate:

  • Upper body strengthening

  • Core and glute strengthening

  • Hip stability and lower body strengthening

  • Posterior chain and ankle stability training

  • Balance and flexibility work

Girls are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify exercises as needed to match their skill level while maintaining proper form. GIRL FIT classes are fun, high-energy workouts and provide excellent cross-training for middle and high school–aged girls.

GIRL FIT Power & Plyo Lab

Jump higher. Land safer. Perform stronger.
 

Designed for teenage girls, this small-group training program focuses on building explosive power, speed, and confidence—while teaching the proper mechanics needed to prevent injury and move safely.

Led by a physical therapist, attendees will learn how to generate power through plyometric training while mastering safe landing, deceleration, and control techniques. This combination helps reduce the risk of common sports injuries  and improves overall athletic performance. A small class size allows the physical therapist to provide individualized, sport-specific exercises for each athlete. 

In this class, attendees will:

  • Develop explosive strength for jumping, sprinting, and cutting
  • Learn proper landing mechanics to decrease risk of injury
  • Improve coordination, balance, and body control 
  • Build confidence in movement and sport performance

Private Small Group GIRL FIT Classes
Private small group classes can be scheduled by calling or emailing the office. A minimum of five participants is required for a private group class.

  • Cost: $30 per participant

  • Scheduling: You may schedule a single class or weekly classes for the month (based on availability)

  • Monthly Schedule: The schedule for the upcoming month opens on the 1st of the prior month

Classes can also be tailored to the sport-specific needs of dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters, swimmers, volleyball players, cheerleaders, runners, and athletes of any sport. Bring your friends and let Girl Fit help you stay strong, confident, and ready to follow your dreams.
